Street Party

Church Street and Railway Avenue (downtown Bundanoon) becomes a winter wonderland with international food offerings, amusements rides, braziers, a host of entertainment and other surprises! Bring your family and settle in for an evening of family fun.

Rides

online ticket sales for ride wristbands close 5pm 30th june. Tickets are available at the Workshop Registration Desk in the Soldiers Memorial Hall from 10am - 5pm.

Ride 5-8:30pm with our $5 wrist bands. Rides include Turbo Tubs, Rock Climbing Wall, A Giant Snow Globe and a Ferris Wheel! Wrist bands will be on available for purchase from our Winterfest Volunteers on Saturday mornings in June outside the Bundanoon Winterfest, or wristbands will be available for online purchase here. A limited number will be available to purchase on the night.

Did someone say Instagram? The best photo opportunity of the evening will be in this massive snow globe!

Turbo Tubs

The only ones in Australia are coming to Bundanoon Winterfest! The six tubs spin on rotating arms, where riders can also increase the spin of their own tub, controlling the thrill!

Rock Climbing Wall

This Rock Climbing Wall is one of the newest on the marketing and has been featured on the Footy Show and has an auto-belay system for cutting edge safety and freedom to climb. Plus you can challenge your friends with a buzzer at the top to inform the operators who was the fastest climber!

Ferris Wheel

There is something nostalgic about a Ferris Wheel and this beautiful and bright Ferris Wheel will help create new memories of Bundanoon Winterfest.

A note on rides: All of the rides are being provided under contract between the Bundanoon Community Association and Planet Entertainment. Appropriate staffing and supervision per ride is provided by Planet Entertainment along with the required safety and insurance certificates.

This year Bundanoon Winterfest welcomes back some old friends and welcomes some new ones as we continue to deliver an ever-increasing range of tasty delights! This year we’ll be joined by our local establishments including:

Potters Pantry; Primula Café; Delilicious;  Little Jack’s Thai; The Bundanoon Hotel, Bundanoon Chinese; The Bundanoon Club

And our street vendors including:

Wingello Public School;  Three Amigos Taco Truck;  OMG Donuts; Bundanoon Lions Club Gluwein and BBQ; The Strudel Lady;  Bundanoon Public School; Kielty’s Irish;  Hot Potato Van; Exeter Public School;  Emmy’s Gozleme; The Hot Chocolate Bar;  Lush Berries and more!

And don’t forget to look out for our roaming old fashioned Snow Cone machines – flavoured ice cones for $2

Let Your Light Shine

Closing out Bundanoon Winterfest 2023 Street Party will be a special parade led by Glenda the Glow Worm, the Bundanoon Pipe Band and the students of Bundanoon Public School carrying specially made lanterns to light up the night… and everyone’s heart. If you want to join the parade and make your own lantern, you can join a lantern making workshop on the 25th June in the Soldiers Memorial Hall. Entertainment From Home Grown Artists

This year Winterfest welcome the Vocal Muster - the Southern Highlands charity that provides opportunities for local emerging young artists to showcase their work.  We're thrilled to have 14 young artists participating at various performance pods across the Winterfest site.

They'll be joined by our local entertainers - the Bundanoon Ukesters, the Bundanoon Pipe Band, Bundanoon Sings and the Bundanoon Public School Choir.
